An employee with the Department of Veterans Affairs Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System (VATVCBHCS) lied to a disabled veteran requesting his help.
The employee, Gregorio E. Kishketon, was requested to assist the disabled veteran with many issues within his employment. The issues involved Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) matters.
His resume reveals a blatant lie to the disabled veteran. He did not transfer from VACO as claimed in two emails. He worked at the Department of Interior before working at VATVCBHCS.
So, why would this employee lie? We are waiting for comment from the VATVCBHCS and will update as we receive one.
Everyone should be aware of the legal requirements of all Federal workers, as they are listed within the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), under 5 CFR 2635.
