We have received new information from our previous story on Michael Kirkwood.

Previously, we were informed the past Union President and Hays County Sheriff Deputy surrendered his peace officer license to have a case dismissed against him.

Now, we have learned Michael Kirkwood was working two jobs at one time. Specifically, he was being paid by the Hays County Sheriff’s Office and Amazon for the same hours of work:

It appears a complaint was generated on or about January 3, 2019. On January 8, 2019, it appears Michael Kirkwood was made aware of the allegations through a Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) Case:
